Specializing in multimillion-dollar properties, including Bill Gates’ proposed smart city in Tonopah, Arizona, Joe delivers seamless, high-value transactions. Since joining eXp Realty in 2019—the world’s fastest-growing brokerage with 89,000+ agents in 24 countries—he has earned the prestigious ICON Agent Award annually and built the largest eXp team in India.
His vision for Dodani Group Real Estate is global: establishing presence in every eXp country, prioritizing the USA, India, Canada, and Dubai, while creating a platform for NRIs to buy and sell in India and Dubai with ease.
Beyond business, Joe supports community initiatives like providing sewing machines to single mothers in India and advocating for the homeless. A published author and passionate dancer, he blends creativity, leadership, and compassion to drive both team and community success.
